These apartments are terraced houses totally independent from each other, can accommodate 2 a 4 people. They have a floor area of approximately 35-40sqm and are about 400m from the sea. Composed of a bedroom, a bathroom with toilet, WC, bidet and shower, living room with kitchenette and double sofabed, veranda, outdoor shower and BBQ.   In some cases are equipped with tv-sat , washing machine and air conditioning. These houses are about 3-600m from shopping with market, restaurants, pizzerias, newsstand, pharmacy and other shops, are furnished in a simple but functional
In most cases the villette of this type have large verandas panoramic furnished with table and chairs, are ideal for those who intend to relax. In fact, the proximity to the sea and breathtaking views allow tourists to find the right balance between sea and relaxation. You can go to the beach in minutes , or if you do not have desire you will stay great sitting on the veranda to   sunbathing or reading a book.

Air Conditioning: € 1.00 per click based on consumption

PAYMENTS: 50% when booking, the balance 30 days. before
CANCELLATIONS: for cancellations within 30 days from arrival to New Valmar will retain the sum equal to 50% of the total, for those within 15 days. the 70%, After that date the full amount.
